it was a 5. it was excellent. because we had that issue the night before i called him 7:30 he called back after 30 mins and have a guy came out after 15 mins.

We had an emergency when a valve under our sink broke. Eddie B came out immediately and fixed the problem. We've used them for various other services like installing a new kitchen sink and repairs to our air conditioner and heater. Their services never disappoint!!

All went well price quoted on phone was different from cost of repair. But for the repair it was still better than other company. The workers were very professional and friendly.

The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. They were very polite and left no mess. I have used Eddie B for several years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Eddie B.

Drew was early (725am monday) even though i was stuck in traffic and did a great job. Seems like a stand up guy with a good company that isnt going to rip someone off. Eddie B did call and told me on friday previous he would have a guy over in AM and was trying to explain how to fix problem over phone to me. I could not risk, without all the proper tools, to attempt the job myself. I needed a pro in order to sell the house and I did call back Drew to thank him again for being honest and professional.

I called the number. The person confirmed the appointment. The plumber was at the location at the precise time, inspected. Called me for the expected expense, we agreed over the phone. He got paid via Visa card and did the job. All done so professionally. Can't get better. I think he was little high in price but because its 5 degree F outside, its OK for one job.

They were fine. I didn't like the price. I think they charged me about $150 and I think it would be cheaper. They did a nice job but they were a little pricey. They did a good job. They came right out. Their punctuality was good. I would not use them again because they were too expensive. It was a simple job. I liked that they came out right away. That was good. They did the job well but they charged me much.

I will definitely use them again.

They were very nice they came when they said they'd be here. The only thing I found was they took a long long time to finish like from 10 in the morning to after 7 at night. They were missing a couple of parts, they had to send back to get because something was under size.

received an estimate much lower than Horizon Services for same brand of water heater.  Installed the heater, expanded and redirected the vent pipe.  Good service, very polite, responsive and tidy.  I have used them before to install a sink.  I would use then again.

The toilet kept coming loose, the came the next day and it has been fine since, they explained the problem  cleaned up after fixing the problem.. I would definitely use them again.

Cast iron toilet flange was broken by a flooring person.  Called Eddie B. and Eddie himself came to check out the job.  Next day two of his employees came and removed the broken flange.  Installed a new PVC flange into concrete floor.  Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the work.

They were a very good company to work with. I found them to be very professional, efficient and would hire them again in the future.

His work was average I guess. Other than that everything was just fine. The sink worked fine.

The furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called around late morning and they were able to get here by 2pm. They had to order parts but were able to give me a fix so they furnace could be turned on while waiting for the parts to come in. First thing the next morning they called that the parts were in and came right over to install them.

So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. It was quick and clean and he was professional and polite. I would definitely be using these guys again!

I called them to clear a kitchen sink/pipes. It was going down very very slowly.

They were here about 45 minutes, they cleared the kitchen sink or so I thought. It worked for about 1 day.

 I called them about 1 week later because it was not draining, I thought it was me and I wanted to give it more of a chance. 

I called the company back and indicated that it worked only for 1 day. They said if it was working when they left that there was nothing that they could do. It worked when they left (warranty?-I forgot to ask typically it is 30 days) I told the receptionist that I would like a different technician to come out but they indicated that he was the only one that worked on Saturdays. I told her I did not want him back. I went back and forth with them and they said if they came out it would be another $185 ! I was not happy, she said she would have the owner call me. I am still waiting ! You would think if there is an unhappy customer out there, you would get on the phone right away.

In the meantime I called "Horizon", they were professional and they cleared the sink with a 1 year warranty and it cost me 1/2 the price.The drain was all clogged up he said, they cleaned it out completely and it has been working since ,  so exactly what did Eddie B do?
