"Mary in the was very responsive.  The men came on time, assessed the work to be done and got the toilets and did the job.  They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up every step of the way He even fixed a part that wasn't done right by the builder's plumber (at no additional charge).  Along with honoring their Angie's List coupon, they took an additional $25.00 off the price because I did 2 toilets at the same time.  I was very satisfied with the service AND so much more comfortable on the thrones.

"Josh, the representative from Basement Gurus was outstanding! We had experienced a water issue in our finished basement. Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. "The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
