While we saw a host of reviews that were nothing short of wonderful, we remained tentative. That was until we contacted ETC's owner, Eddy. Both Eddy and his personnel were professional, friendly and considerate of our home life and our home throughout the work process. Three and a half days later, our bathroom was done as a result of the very professional and methodical work manner of Eddy & his crew. Almost forgot to mention that Eddy's pricing was very fair. We bought certain items for the project and Eddy provided others as part of the quoted price. There were no unpleasant surprises. It was such a great experience to work with Eddy & crew! We have several other home improvement projects coming up and, needless to say, Eddy will be doing them for us!"
