"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. Furniture put pack in place and after checking closely a perfect job from start to finish. This is the third project they have completed for us, one was painting our outside fence. 3D Painting LLC is the only painting contractor we will use and provide references on."

"Mr. Roco showed up with his team ready to work hard. He worked 6 days a week. The outside company we hired to providing the milling of the historic window trim got behind on their orders. Mr. Roca took advantage of this three-week delay, and got in the room and painted and did everything he could while we waited on the trim to be made. When the trim arrived, in one day he finished up. Painting was completed. They also spent another half day doing a thorough clean up job.  There was not a speck of paint. 
Mr. Roca is an excellent contractor. His team is professional, highly skilled, responsive, careful, and neat.  They are real perfectionist. The mitered corners were skillfully completed. The floor and ceiling beautiful, and the paint job was perfect.  The sidewalk and apron paving was also perfect. 
Their work on our sidewalk and aprons was so well done - that five of our neighbors hired them as well to re-do their sidewalks too. Now we have a whole block of beautiful sidewalks. 
 Mr. Roca's team are also very friendly and quiet. They tidied up each evening.  They have good work ethics and show up on time. They did not rush the work and as a result and most importantly, their work product was excellent too.  
I highly recommend this contractor.  We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.
