"This is the first time we have used Bright Services. They did an excellent job, and we will continue to use them. We have a 30 year old pressure treated wood deck, in basically good shape. We were thinking of having it replaced, and decided to have Bright Services look at it before we committed to a new deck/construction. So glad we did. The deck looks excellent! Their customer service is first class and the employees who worked on the deck were very professional. They arrived on the days scheduled and were on time. The deck was power washed, repaired (railing top handle replaced and tightened, a few nails added to deck flooring, and new post caps added), and the entire deck/rails/base painted. Family members thought we had replaced the old deck with new composite decking. The price was very competitive, quality products, and we received a finished product that was of high standards and quality. We dealt with Deven Robillard. Extremely satisified customer. "I contracted AAA Custom Painting to have my mom's house painted.  The quality of their work was excellent.  They sanded most of the house down to the bare wood, repaired areas of wood rot, primed and painted by hand (not sprayed), stained the deck, and fixed/replaced the screens on my mom's porch.  While working, they discovered a large sheet of rotted wood that wasn't originally visible for the estimate (it was beneath the exterior).  This could have been very expensive but they worked out a cost-effective solution that took about a day of carpentry.  This added $950 to the original $10,700 estimate which included labor and materials - I think this was a good price for the work that was done.  My mother was very pleased with their work as well (although some of her plantings got a little beat up - they warned us of this, however, and I believe they did what they could to minimize that damage).
They also worked very quickly; the job was completed in 10 days.
The price might seem a little high, but the exterior was in pretty bad shape and required a great deal of prep work.  Considering the amount of work needed, the price was reasonable.
I have but one issue.  Although they very nice people, they are not good about returning my phone calls or emails.  I wanted to hire them to power-wash the moss from my mom's roof (which previously I had spoken to them about - they quoted me a reasonable price that I agreed to) . I also wanted to get an estimate for some retaining wall work.  I've called or emailed them several times during the past four weeks and have not yet heard from them.
Bottom line, however, they did an excellent job."

"Power spray of house was great.  Pool deck had puddles because it doesn't drain well.  Planning to have contractor come out and seal pool deck with epoxy cement paint so puddles (with some dirt) will be removed before paint.  Contractor was courteous and helpful when more attention to some areas was requested.
