"I had a great experience with DreamWorks Remodeling. Oleg and his team were a pleasure to work with - from the initial estimates to the final work being done, he kept us informed of the progress of the project every step of the way through phone calls, emails and text messages, and was more than able to answer any questions we had. To me, one thing that set DreamWorks apart from other contractors was their down-to-earth approach to sizing up the project. We ended up not getting the cheapest materials and not getting the most expensive materials, but found a good balance that would be more than sufficient for our needs. He also made sure that we were involved in any decisions that needed to be made when it came to colors, materials, placement of downspouts, etc. The manufacturer they use for shutters had about 20 different color options, but none of them were exactly what we wanted. Oleg was able to provide paintable shutters instead, so that I could just paint them whatever color I wanted and his team would then install them. This worked out well for me, as I was able to get exactly the color I wanted. They were also willing to replace the roof of our shed using the same shingles as the house, which ended up looking great. What really impressed me was the workmanship they showed in replacing the siding. This is a really big job - essentially covering every square inch of the house in new siding, replacing any rotted wooden fascia with new wood pieces wrapped in aluminum and similarly wrapping all window frames, light fixture base units, plumbing fixtures and really anything sticking out of the house with clean, aesthetically pleasing materials. As a result, it looks like a brand new house on the outside, and we couldn't be happier with the results."

The office followed up via email regarding initial deposit and scheduling the work. Again....everything was efficient and easy. The gentlemen that came out to do the work was pleasant and polite. Got everything done as anticipated and cleaned up with no problems. After having several suboptimal contractors, it was refreshing to have everything go so smoothly. "I have just moved to the Delaware area. I was trying to coordinate installation of carpeting and painting of the basement prior to my furniture arriving. I left a message for Luis late Tuesday night, he contacted me within the hour. He met me at my new home on Wednesday afternoon and assured me the painting would be completed on Thursday. My room looks fabulous. The painters were there on time, they were enjoyable, and professional. Luis checked in on the job. I intend to use Luis' services for some much needed remodeling and more painting as I move forward. I loved working with him and his ideas for improving my home are creative and affordable."

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues.
