"Gary came out and provided me with several different options and pricing for adding an extra living room, bathroom, and bedroom. His guys were professional, always cleaned up after themselves daily, and Gary kept me in the loop the entire project. I would highly recommend."

"Austen is a bright young man and really cares about each & every detail of the project. He installed 2 basement egress windows for us and now we have brighter & safer spaces. We could not be happier with the final product. I highly recommend anyone looking for an egress window in the tri-state area to look no further than Swain Contracting! Small family business that really values their customers & work."

"Excellent. Alan is personally approachable and therefore setting appointments and coordination of timing is very easy."

"Erik met with me we went over the work I wanted done.   I had a written estimate the next afternoon after discussing we agreed on a price of  about 17k.   Work was scheduled for the end of Feb.   Erik and his crew showed up on the agreed date and proceeded to work.  His crew was fabulous kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up every night after themselves.   I love my kitchen but the deck is absolutely my favorite.  I let Erik design it and I cannot wait to have my first barbecue to show it off.  This was probably one of the most stress free remodeling jobs I have been through."

"Great. Nice people - excellent work."

"They came to my house for an basement inspection, and wrote up an recommendation for what needed to be done. They did not send the recommendation for an month and half."

"Our salesman was great, communicative, honest, etc.

"The person that came to provide estimate did pushy sales. Then walked away indicating he did not want to do it . Not the right way to conduct business"

"Excellent service and quality of work! Fast turn-around, superb job and very affordable! I highly recommend."
