"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. "Although this review is way overdue, time has not diminished how completely happy I am we went with Star22 for our main bathroom renovation & our from scratch new bathroom in our basement and relocated our washer/dryer to an area we turned into a laundry room. Let me tell you, I am a very particular person! The details matter to me and I was so nervous taking on multiple projects. From beginning to end, Bernie/Tim put me at ease & delivered! Above and beyond! Amazing customer service - we were made to feel like we were the only client & the only project they had. The PM Jalmer was great - and my rockstars - the two Henrys did HIGH QUALITY work! Everyone was hardworking, attentive & any of my questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They obtained the permits & everything was done properly & up to code (passed all inspections!) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Oh and they kept the promised timeline - no delays or issues. INCREDIBLE! Would recommend and would ABSOLUTELY use again. I LOVE my 2 new bathrooms so much!!"

He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."
