"The same thing we told you that day , Until you fix the moisture issue in your home the floor will continue to do what it's doing . The meter reading was4 times what it should be . We have zero control over the moisture in your home that is why we asked you to get a contractor to fix the issue then we would come out again and pout everything in place. You stated the cost was too high for that and you couldn't not do it at this time. I said to you we can not keep coming back and forth it needs to be fixed right otherwise it will continue to get worse which it is .Once the moisture issue is resolved call em and I will get it repaired"

"I sorry you feel this way as your husband paid the balance after the job was completed we did not ask for that amount your husband stated here is the money. The next day you called and stated you paid $200.00 more I told you we would mail a check which we did. We mailed the check and when it did not come within 5 days I offered to PayPal the money which I did while you wherein the phone with me at 9:00 at night. The statement you would have lost your $200.00 is unfortunate that you would think that and we would not do that. You called at 9:00 at night on my cell phone I not only answered the phone but went right to my computer and PayPal you the money. You also forgot to mention this in your review. Just a fyi once we saw an overpayment on our records at the end of the month we would have mailed your money as quickly as we PAYPAL you the money back that night. As to the installation we walked into a house where nobody in your home moved anything. You left your 80-year-old mother there to facilitate everything. Once you told me the age of your mother I immediately said I will take care of moving everything I do not want your mother at her age to get upset or hurt trying to move things. I never asked for a penny more nor does it go any further than that as you stated in your comments. I also immediately sent another guy to your house to help expedite the moving of stuff at no charge to you that nobody in your house felt should be moved before us coming. Mind you we did an entire house mother /daughter house that was packed with everything. The receipt that you signed says what needs to be moved and the day I booked the installation I expressed to you what needs to be moved you admitted you are faulted to do this. You left shoes clothes bed linens pillows everything left exactly the way when you walked out the door that day for work with no worried the carpet guys were coming. We did not fuss we worked around it and got the job done never asking for a penny more. The balance is stated on the receipt which you have a copy of all the installers did was take the payment. The installers did not hand the payment in until two days later when they came back to the office by then you had called and I said I will resolve it. I do not get how the service was poor on our end. We sold you the carpet set up the installation and showed up the day as promised. On the day of installation, if you failed to move anything most companies would just reschedule for another day. we work harder to complete the job for you and your mother. We went above and sent another guy so your 80-year-old mom could relax after you told me she will move things. I immediately told you NO we will do it as I do not want women at that age stressing or getting hurt over the flooring. You failed to write all this in the review also which is unfortunate. Regardless the Guys left at 7:00 p.m. after showing up at 8:00 a.m. and you told me the job looked great is not that why you paid them after the job was completed? If you have snags call me I will have them fixed but please tell the entire story not just the one that fits your agenda. We did everything and then some to make sure your mom was safe, and not stressed, and to get the job done for you and your family. I try my best to make everyone happy it is unfortunate some people are harder to please than others. I still try my best and I am sorry we did not meet your expectations!!!"
