"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

Sami showed up the following day and provided the quote immediately right after that. Secondly, the quote to take down one tree, including stump work, was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other two tree service LLCs I reached out to. Now, for the actual job. Sami's Landscape services performed the job in the utmost, professional way. They have all the right tools and equipment for the job performed, and the crew are well trained and definitely know what they're doing. I have electrical, cable, and phone lines intertwined into the branches of my 40-ft maple tree, and they meticulously navigated around those wires without any issues. "David was very prompt in calling me and completed the work a day after I contacted him. He showed up to my house during the promised time. I had 2 large trees taken down, 1 stump ground, and other various trees trimmed and all the work was very well done. I especially appreciated the care they took in ensuring that the work did not damage other landscaping or my home. David completed the stump grinding a few days after the initial work and he again showed up exactly on time and the work was completed quickly. I did not shop around for best price as the price quoted was fair for the scope of work based on my prior experience with tree services. "I would definitely work with USAF Tree service again. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, which was reasonable. Several trees had been knocked down by a storm onto our vinyl fence. USAF cut the fallen trees, removed a few dangling limbs, wood-chipped as necessary, and removed any remaining branches or trunks of wood (we didn't get the stump ground). We couldn't schedule the service quite as quickly as originally stated, but once we had a firm date they showed up on time and did the job well. All interactions with them were friendly and polite."
