I had a tile floor installed in my kitchen and it looks great! Vincent did an excellent job, he’s professional, courteous and very conscientious about his work. He does the job the right way, doesn’t cut corners, shows up on time and cleans up at the end of each day. And I will definitely hire again to install the backsplash. His price was competitive and he’s a good guy.

Vinny is great! I can't recommend him enough. He worked diligently to tile a 1,000 sqft basement and 250 sqft sun room. From start to finish, Vinny really kept me at ease, as we were ordering, received the delivery, all through installation - much of the time spent on his own at our house, and wrap up. He made sure everything was level and perfect. He was considerate to the space, keeping everything organized and tidy, and really focused on the finer areas of tile work - like grooves and spaces - he even cut down the cement blocks under our sink downstairs so that when he tiled under it it would still be level to our pipes. It's that thoughtfulness and professional detail that I would say really made our house a home in this regard and make Vinny the pro I would call again for my next project. Vinny, it looks great, thank you!

Awesome! Vinny was great to work with. Excellent communications and follow-up. Arrived when he said he would. Worked efficiently. Kept the work-site neat and clean. He did an outstanding job installing our glass mosaic tile. There were many small pieces to cut / fit and Vinny handled it with precision. I'm impressed with his work. We have another tile project later this summer and will certainly go back to Custom Tile Works for installation.

Anyone looking to install tile inside your house, I highly recommend Vincent Paro, of Custom Tile Works. He installed over 500 pieces of 4"x8" tile resembling a cobblestone walkway inside our house. There is not a single tile that isn't laid correctly, and the grout lines are perfectly straight. We used him again to install a backsplash in our newly renovated kitchen, and again it came out perfect. Everyone has heard the nightmare stories when it comes to contractors, but Vincent Paro was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
