"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Outstanding: Josh was everything one could want in a floor care professional. Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

"Our travertine floor was in pretty bad shape: stains, cracks, big holes, etc. We had given up on “fixing” the floor and were thinking of gutting the entire floor and putting in new tiles. THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. They were installed carefully. He came at the time we agreed upon, and the price was very fair. I had tried one company that wanted more than I thought was fair.
