Attentively listened to the work I was interested in having done, which was to reset my front walkway pavers. He offered some great suggestions and options to better the walkway. He explained that he would have his office send me a detailed quote later that evening, which I did receive as he committed to. It was a very reasonable estimate compared to another one I had received a number of months ago. He was able to have one of his teams begin the work the very next day. The owner Thiago, who oversees the project, was a pleasure to work with -- never used any pressure tactics, was very responsive to any questions, and gave a fair price. The two craftsmen who did the work were amazing! They arrived promptly every day, worked extremely hard, and did absolutely beautiful work.
