Very professional. They know their business. I asked for references, and they gave me names of tradesmen who have used them and are happy with them. We visited them in their shop/showroom. They came on time to measure, they came on time to install. Polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves and finished very quickly. One tradesman said, "They are not the cheapest but they do good work." That sealed the deal for me.

Shine Hill Stone installed granite countertops, and a new sink. Bought the backsplash tile through Shine Hill Stone, and they have a subcontractor who did the tile work. across the board, work was top notch, and done quickly at a good price. They also gave us good advice on the rest of our kitchen changes that we are doing bit at a time.

Excellent customer service, and very professional. We got an immediate answer for any questions or concerns and the turnaround time for the cabinets and granite countertops were incredibly fast and well done. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use again for all our future projects and updates!

They went well and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied they're bringing that high-end experience from New York City to a middle-class environment thank you very much. I will be using them to install my kitchen in the main part of my house.

9/12/2021 ~ Shine Hill Stone/SHS~ replaced our kitchen countertops with granite from Italy. We Highly Recommend this company. The owners Magdalena & Jack were VERY ACCOMADATING for us, actually came on a Saturday to take measurements and were able to fit us in the same week for demo and install – for the Pocono area this is very impressive, they should get the best business of the year reward! Price was very reasonable and they are true professionals and really know their business. They took the time to answer all of our questions, even after working hours. The demo & install team arrived when scheduled, they demolished the old countertop disposed of and installed the new one with in a 5-hour time frame. They vacuumed our steps and living room area they walked through. The team were all very polite and friendly. The topper was when all was finished Jack walked in with a gift bag with a bow and a thank you card. Very nice touch. We are already looking into replacing our bathroom vanities w/SHS PS: Countertop is gorgeous
