"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

"Tom is a master craftsman, with impressive work ethic. Tom showed up at exactly 8 AM and worked diligently all day. His work product was excellent, having measured and installed a replacement tile floor and curb with a perfect fit - allowing replacement of custom frameless glass doors that had only 1/8 inch variation. (The original glass company did the removal / installation of the glass panels.) I would hire Tom again and heartily recommend him to others."

"Job was done in the time estimated. They cleaned the place at the end of every day. The job came out great! This was second time I hired them. Recomand JVML !"

I highly recommend rioza for anyone looking for high quality construction and remodeling work!"

"Everyone we dealt was so friendly and made the experience great. The best part was the installation. The two gentlemen were excellent. They did a terrific job and made sure everything was perfect about the install. The did this in a busy house where there are 2 adults and 2 teenagers moving around them. They really did great work. Would recommend them to anyone."

"Over the past year, Brayan and his team have become our go-to guys for any project in our homes. He repaired termite damage in our crawl space by replacing several support beams, removed all the wallpaper and painted our entire house (a long and challenging job) Most recently, he worked on our deck, power washing, replacing damage boards, sanding, and painting it. Now it looks brand new. Brayan always impresses us with the quality of his work. He is by far the most reliable and punctual professional we’ve ever worked with on home renovations. His entire team is skilled and respectful, the work is done at competitive prices, on schedule, and with excellent attention to detail. We have no doubt that we’ll continue calling him for future projects. Highly recommended!"

"Denny and his partner resurfaced our mauve bathtub and tile surround to white. The estimate was lower than another place I called. Denny was very conscientious of his work and assured us if we followed his instructions, our tub would stay nice. He left contact information if we had any problems/questions. It might to too soon to know if this repurposing of our tub/tile will hold up, but there is a  guarantee and it looks great!"

"Jose did a great job. He was able to remove old, nasty wallpaper in our foyer and gave it a fresh look. He also installed crown molding in the foyer, painted the stairs and installed trim around the entrances to the other rooms. He performed his work on schedule, even if that meant working late to finish the project. Overall I would definitely recommend him and would use him in the future."
