I had other quotes, but Dave stood behind his. I accepted his offer. Omar and William arrived on time. They looked at the task and gave a great resolution. Replacing pipes and boiler work is never easy, especially when working behind walls etc. Omar and William did a neat and professional job. These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"

He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

"I am revising my initial review of Premier Home Pros. My prior review gave them a 5 star. Now, I'm dropping that to a 2 star. Attractive install. However, after we started using the shower, we immediately began to see a great deal of water escaping the shower. I've been placing call after call to get them back to correct the job. It's going on a month now. Up to this point, they have NOT acted in good faith and returned calls or corrected the problem. I have photographed the problems for them, i.e., where and how water is escaping, but no response from them. What's the point of a shower that looks good, but daily is leaking water? Of course they've been paid in full which is why they are now hard to get a response from. The distance between shower doors is too big. It's actually a distance of three fingers, i.e., 2 1/2 inches, the bottom of the doors themselves are too high, so water can escape, the bottom ridge intended to hold water in is too low. So, water is escaping."
