"I found my water heater leaking. Started searching for plumber options which brought me here. Got a response from NEWW quickly, and on a late Saturday afternoon. Lou and Steve were fantastic! They were able to stop by within a few hours to assess the situation. Lou explained my options very clearly. They were back the next day, Sunday, and replaced the somewhat unusual sized electric tank heater which is in a tight space. Very grateful for fast, quality work without getting ripped off! They worked very tidy, and were both professional and personable. I will be reaching out to them for a few other things I'd like done."

"Great job, on time, same day, a bit $$, but plumbers you know there expensive."

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. Kudos to Jake, Kevin, Bill and Zach on a job well done."

"The overall experience was amazing despite the circumstances of my home. He was very courteous and concerned about the general issue. It was a true blessing to meet a plumber who cares about my needs and did not overcharge for his services. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber with integrity about the work he performs."
