"I called Zoom Drain on the recommendation of another plumber after we had a recurrence of a main drain blockage. The reason he recommended Zoom drain was because they had the video equipment to review why we had the recurrence. Juan Carlos Borbon came out earlier than expected and explained clearly what he recommended: Use the camera to find the block and use the high pressure hose to clean the blockage. I decided to to go with his recommendation and the problem was dealt with quickly. Juan also clean out the main drain all the way to the street, which I did not even realize was included with the work.
He suggested we could do some improvements on the cleaned pipe but did not push the issue beyond a recommendation.
Overall I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain's services."

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. "Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."
