We have used BAS for a few projects. Sina and Ali are very professional, very punctual, constantly communicative (when they’ll arrive, when they are leaving for the day, when an appliance or furniture piece is due to arrive and when they’ll be back to install it- usually ASAP - as part of the larger project) . Their crew echoes their punctuality and professionalism, and tidies up at the end of each work day. We definitely plan to rely on them in the future and find their work to be top tier.

We needed the playroom in the basement to be refreshed: new floor, windows and paint. We also added a custom closet and had the central AC ducts encased. We had already hired BAS Construction a few years ago to finish part of the basement, and wanted the playroom to match. We were again very pleased with the results. The various crews showed up on time and the work site was kept clean. The work was completed within the promised time frame. Everything went very smoothly. All the workers were very professional, Punctual, and hard working, making sure they cleaned up after themselves before they left. The contractor, Ali, made sure things were done according to plan. He had a good eye for style and color when I was on the fence about a couple of decisions, always keeping in mind my preferences and budget. The final outcome is gorgeous, better than I ever expected!

I've dealt with contractors in the past. They all seem good at first, but then other jobs pop up. They they forget about you and you have to begin to chase them down to complete the job. That's been my experience with several contractors in the past. I never had that issue with Sina or Ali. Both were great from start to finish. There is a saying the says, good work is hard to find. These guys did good work. They were overall punctual and very good with communication. I am so grateful that I found a contractors that I can trust. Both Sina and Ali were extremely accommodating to the changes we made and in fact provided great ideas. As for the quality of work, we are extremely happy and glad we chose BAS mechanicals. Dedication to work is one of the things that impressed us. One evening both stayed back till 9 pm so that work can be completed for inspection. They were punctual and stuck to the timelines. They were very responsive to my calls/ emails. Overall, I would highly recommend them and in fact already referred them to a few friends of mine. We have plans of remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and am not even going to shop for quotes but would definitely be hiring them for the projects.

I have owned 3 homes and have done multiple projects ranging from small to large. I would state without hesitation that BAS is the gold standard operation of a home improvement business. There are few professionals left in this business that communicate as a effectively, and frequently during the course of a project. There are even fewer that take the time to listen and demonstrate a genuine concern, interest and pride in your home improvement. Bottom line, apply due diligence, get multiple estimates- they will not be the highest and they will not be the lowest; they will be the fairest relative to the quality of work and service they will provide. Then hire them.
