"Bill and his team were reliable and fantastic to work with. They finished out basement, and it was not a straightforward job- it included a playroom, customized gym, laundry room, and installing a full bathroom. Every step of the project we felt comfortable that it was being done well. The team was always patient with our questions and were open to making modifications as needed during the work to suit our needs. Each and every person on the crew was respectful, kind, and skilled. We knew we were in good hands the whole time, and we are thrilled with how it turned out! I would recommend All Star Construction to anyone and would definitely use them again!"

"I couldn't be happier with the work rioza did on my home, from the very beginning, their team was professional, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They transformed my house into a beautiful, modern space while still keeping the warmth and character I love, what impressed me the most was how quickly they completed the project without sacrificing quality !"

"TNN managed our new construction and land development project from scratch. Tim caught MANY errors by the Engineer and Architect before they could become a problem. He made many great suggestions to elevate our original plans. Work quality is great and they take pride in everything they do. Nick did an amazing job on our trapezoid windows and carpentry work. We highly reccommed TNN and will continue to use them for the next phase of our project (garage) We would be happy to provide a reference and even show the work they completed for our project. Storm Shelters questions, answered by experts

Modular homes are a type of prefab home. Specifically, manufacturers first build modular homes in sections and then deliver them to the job site. The modules, or sections, are usually at least 70% finished before they arrive on your property.

In comparison, prefab homes arrive in panels or segments, and workers assemble them on-site. Generally speaking, modular homes tend to be more durable, and their consistent construction standards may mean you’ll have an easier time getting conventional home loans.

The cheapest way to build a storm shelter is by using an above-ground, DIY approach. Building a simple, small above-ground storm shelter using concrete or steel materials can be more cost-effective than purchasing pre-made shelters or constructing elaborate structures. However, it's crucial to ensure that the shelter meets safety standards and is capable of protecting against severe weather events. Always consult local building codes and regulations and consider hiring a storm shelter builder near you to ensure the shelter's structural integrity and effectiveness.

While a romantic getaway in a vacation treehouse may sound appealing, building one to live in year-round comes with more challenges. However, a growing number of people are adopting this small-scale living approach to appreciate an off-the-grid, private lifestyle. It allows you to feel closer to nature in a sustainable, customizable, minimalist, and eco-friendly way.

Renting the right type of storage unit is sometimes a more practical alternative to renting a storage container if you don't need regular access to your items. It saves you from having an unsightly container sitting on or near your property, you won't have to worry about permits, climate-control facilities are safer for some items, and you'll have peace of mind from on-site security.

Options include traditional mortgages, construction loans, and personal loans. Consult lenders specializing in modular home financing.
