Very happy with the service and the concrete work provided by Sean and his crew. He was able to meet a strict schedule and was helpful answering my questions and offered smart solutions. Fantastic! Still so happy about how everything went and how professional and knowledgable Sean was and what a pleasure he was to work with. We have been busy transforming a dank, disgusting old fieldstone foundation basement that had a variety of water issues into usable space. Between creating a lapidary work area for our son, an art area for me and some play area for our grandkids, we have been busy and so glad we called Century. Not only did Sean do the job right, well and fairly, he was flexible and ____ when we discovered we had an issue with the lobby columns. We were also very impressed with the people who worked for Century, such hard workers, polite and efficient. I have referred Sean and Century to many people already and would use his services again if the need arises.

To be honest, I don't see how it could have gone better. The crew was there on time, worked diligently and respectfully, and was totally professional. The team took pictures for me as the work progressed also.

Excellent service from Sean and crew. On time, hard workers, cleaned up each day and solved my water and musty smell problem in basement of old house. Answered all questions and did not try to sell me things I did not need. You will not have to be worried about service with Sean and Century waterproofing.

Excellent, Sean did a fantastic job. We have not had any water come in since he repaired the crack and we have had a lot of rain . Sean and his father in-law "Poppy" were very personable and professional. We would highly recommend Sean and would not hesitate to use him again.

Sean and his team are the greatest! Professional, clean, respectful to females in charge of project, knowledgeable and willing to share. Always stayed in touch and let us know what's next. Provided great suggestions and perspective. Helped coordinate other contractors involved. I still cant believe how great it looks. Stayed within the stated time line, showed up when supposed to, billed as estimated. Great team!

Sean's crew are top notch, they all worked very hard every day they were here. Cleaned up after themselves , and did a great job overall. Lewis answered all of by questions and showed me each step in detail. I would recommend Century to anyone who has a water issue in their basement .

We had a great experience with Sean and his crew. We have crawl space water infiltration on a house we just bought. Instead of selling us every conceivable measure and covering it up with encapsulation, he gave us the fundamental measures to stabilize the situation. And he instructed us on how to address the water issues from the outside and how to do it ourselves. We are getting to that slowly and will bring Sean back for another phase when the exterior is more under control.

Century Masonry-Sean Ryan and his team did a great job, very professional, very informative, and very friendly, his team was very experienced and friendly. I would use sean again for any work I need to complete on my home. My basement is dry after 20 years of fighting water with 3 sump pumps in my basement previously, now only 1 that is closed neat and clean. I had 4 estimates previously to seans and believe I made the correct choice, they all were in the same price range. We had started to get water coming in from the foundation of our basement. Sean had come to our home to give us our best option and estimate of what work they would end up doing. Overall it seemed like the best choice, and sure enough, it was. We had french indoor drains installed in our basement, along with an updated sump pump with a battery backup incase of power outages. Ever since this was completed, we've had no issues, and our basement is fully dry. It only took a few days to complete, and they did a great overall job!

Century Masonry sent personnel to remove existing sheetrock and insulations on the first day, and then on the second day, installed the needed reinforcing strips and finish their portion of the restoration. They worked quickly and professionally to correct the problem and allow my family to have peace of mind.

Situation resolved!!!! This started off as a little bit of water in the corner of the basement but escalated very quickly with the snow melt. Sean was here the same day I called to assess the situation and began work shortly after. They had to chop up the entire perimeter of the basement floor to install the french drains. This is definitely messy work and they never left a mess behind. All the guys were great and the work was well done and in a very timely manor. HUGE amount of stress has been lifted and thank you to Century Masonry and Waterproofing for making the process relatively painless.

We hired Century Masonry & Waterproofing several years ago after suffering through several flooded basements. At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. Thankfully, and knock on wood, we haven't had an issue in years. Thank you Sean and Century Masonry & Waterproofing!
