"I want to tell you of the great experience I had with J&J Elite Carpentry. The relationship with them started with the owner Jose Lugo. We had to replace two old staircases that were falling off the wall and also to install hardwood floors in a foyer at the bottom of one of the staircases. After looking over the whole job and taking measurements Jose assured us that the job we needed and wanted could be done. This was important to us because the house is very old and you can imagine that it is not easy to work in old homes. Joseâ s team had to create a staircase around an old sewer pipe in the basement, it was a tricky job and they did a great job of creating a solid staircase to incorporate the pipe - they created the staircase on site. Leo, the head carpenter, ensured that the crew did a good job throughout. Any issues or concerns we had were taken care of. The project ran two days longer than we all expected but that was necessary and they did a beautiful job. Jose was attentive to what was going on and stopped by to see how the work was coming along - he was very pleasant to work with. They stand by their work and that is extremely important. And they cleaned up everything before they left. They did an excellent job - we are happy. We highly recommend J&J Elite Carpentry for your staircases and hardwood floors."

"We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. We will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements from a company who does quality work."

"I called many places before I decided to to with A Condo LLC. I was converting my porch into an office space. I already had windows put up, but the room needs drywall installed. I spoke with Marcella on the phone who was polite, courteous and professional. Her husband Mike came and told us what needs to be done. They were both very accommodating and patience. She was prompt in getting a quote. They didn't mind when I told him I would be getting my own materials. They even provided me with a list of materials to buy. I originally was thinking only to put drywall up, but Mike suggested several little things to make the room nicer. The quote I got from other places ranged from $750 to close to $5K. Mike was the only person that explain things clearly and politely, justifying each of the action he would take. His pricing came in the middle, and his explanation and knowledge is just worth every penny. Mike and Juan came on time and performed all the remodeling of our porch beyond our expectation. "We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)"

"Just bought a house, and I needed some carpentry and handyman work before we moved in. Ron Potesky, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate me and schedule me on the date that worked for me. John Witkowski was the handyman Ron sent over. John arrived on time and went right to work after we discussed the times. John is also extremely friendly and very knowledgable. He did all the jobs requested in a very reasonable amount of time. As someone who is not very handy, I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Handyman and John."
