Great customer service. Although the job took longer than expected, the window installation was a very professional job. They had to not only replace my window but rebuild the wood frame. In the end it cost a little more but I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Great job Goodworkers!

THE VENDOR CAME IN CHECKED THE DOORS THAT NEED TOBE REPAIRED. SAID OH THIS IS NOTHING TO FIX WELL 1 1/2 HOURS LATER HE FIXED IT TO BE USEABLE BUT NOT FIXED COMPLETLY. WE WERE OK WITH THAT. THEN THE OTHER DOOR IT SPEND A 1/2 HOUR AND COULD NOT FIX IT AND WANTED TO TRY A DIFFERENT DOOR WHICH WAS THE SAME KIND OF DOOR AND THE SAME PROBLEM. WE TOLD HIM WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TRY ANOTHER DORR WHEN YOU COULD NOT FIX THE ONE. WELL I GUESS HE WANTED ANOTHER HOUR SO HE CAN CHARGE US. WELL THAT WAS NOT HAPPENING. THEN TRYED TO TELL ME HE START AT 12:00 WHEN HE DID NOT GET TO OUR PLACE UNTIL 12:15 AND TRYED TO CHARGE US FOR THE ESTIMATE OF $45 WHEN HE WAS GIVEN THE JOB. OH NO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN SO HE WILL NOT BE DOING HIRED BY US ANYMORE NOR WILL WE RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

The work completed was exceptional. He explained the work to be done and finished the project as stated. Also cleaned up the work area which was a plus!
