"Daniel did an excellent job to clear our sewer pipes were backed up in my house . Two days ago we hire the plumber to clear the sewer pipe but the pipe clog again. We don't want to use the previous plumber then we called Daniel , he came very soon! He is our life saver! "From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. They treated me like a customer that mattered and not like a number or dollar sign. They made a stressful situation better and kept my stress from escalating. Thanks Continental!"

"After dealing with two plumbing companies from HomeServ, my issue was still not resolved. I started calling around to other plumbers in area to fix my shower and give me an estimate to actually resolve the pipe issues I was having. After a few calls, no shows, and exaggerating quotes from others, Rojas company came and was honest about the work. Not sure if it was because they saw the frustration and exhaustion on my face but they told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable.
