"We have had continual problems with the pipes in our master bathroom freezing after a major remodel done by another contractor.  PipeWorks addressed the problem by first diagnosing where the freezing was occurring(over a bay in our garage).  They then suggested both a garage heater (which is also very nice to keep our garage at 55 degrees during the winter so the cars are never cold and the snow melts right off) coupled with properly insulating the garage ceiling.  When they were done, you would have never known they were there.

They were punctual and did everything to the exact specifications in the estimate.  The comfort in both our garage and the master bathroom (tile floor was not as cold) was much improved. We had no further issues with freezing the rest of the winter.

"Very quickly after contacting Watts Up via Angie's List, they responded to my message, gave me a rough estimate and arranged a visit to my home to look at the project.  They were not the cheapest vendor I met with but they were responsive, professional, informative and flexible to my schedule.  The team that came was polite and professional - and worked quickly together.  They had all of their supplies and were able to cover all of my furniture so that there was no damage or mess.  They did make some extra holes- which they told me about beforehand - and were unable to cover - so I do need to have those filled and repaint my ceiling.  Very happy with their work and would recommend again.

"The techs Javier Cruz and Jose Ruiz were the best. They arrived 30 min. Early which was a gold star for me. Javier's visit the day before was informative and he even got the company to schedule my job for the day after even though they were booked. He was even nice enough to change the light bulbs in my garage which has high ceilings and I live alone. My only problem was that the company is very over priced. $4,000. To re wire 1 room. And that's with a maintenance contract. It was over $1,000 dollars more without itð ³... ridiculous"
