"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "My experience with air experts for the installation of a new HVAC unit and hot water heater was nothing short of superb. The team of technicians that arrived were professional, clean cut and the hardest working young men I have ever seen, all of them. They worked from 9am until after 10pm. Todd, the lead tech, Dennis, Iilia, and Acold were tireless on the installation. They were obviously dedicated employees that the company should be proud of. The installation of the HVAC was difficult as it was in a crawl space. I couldn't be more pleased! The we're contracted through Lowe's and I found David Page, the sales rep, to be professional and responsive to my initial concerns."

"Originally the blower motor on my furnace stopped blowing. Thankfully it was cool so as to not need AC. After reading his synopsis I located him and hired him and all was well.. There was a secondary issue when a circuit board failed 2 days later. You could clearly see where it blew. My unit is a DuCane and quite old and the part was no longer made. The only problem is they no longer make that furnace and AC. In only 2 days he located and received the board from Minnesota and installed it immediately. I cannot express how knowledgeable he was. The thing I valued the most was not his excellent service, but the fact that he kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed quickly. If you need HVAC service, I'd look here first. I will definitely hire him again should the need arise. Communication is critical to a customer and vendor and I give him an A+ on communications as well as his work."
