We inherited a property with zero documentation regarding prior work. We had noticed a large amount of water pooling in the air handler instead of being managed by the condensate line/ pump. Very rapid and efficient service. The original work by some unknown company was definitely not to the highest quality standards, and he offered excellent guidance to immediately improve the air sealing of the system. It looked and functioned much better after he was done!

if you would like the quality workmanship and higher quality product ( like Rheem) and fare price you should call Ryan at Pro-Duct HVAC. two guys worked long hours for two days and did very good and clean job removing old and installing a new Rheem heater and air conditioner...all done diligently and with all kinds of extras included.

These guys are beyond professional, super sweet, take a true interest in their clients' needs, are extremely knowledgeable in the trade, and bring nothing but passion to everything they do. First duo to walk into our home, check out our issues, recognize how much our intial HVAC contractor (Solarski Mechanical) screwed up, and not run scared of how hard the work would be. Funny enough, Ryan was the first person to dive into our crawlspace no questions asked, which shows he means business! We had a ton of issues with our system - poorly run ductwork, lack of returns causing the system to freeze up, idle/open return in basement sucking dirty air into the system for us to breath, drainage line running into furnace, and the list goes on and on. That didn't stop Ryan and Tom...same day turnaround for an estimate and in less than a week we locked in our contract and the work was done (flawlessly I might add). They pointed out issues, fixed things beyond the scope of the estimate, explained every thing to us in plain English before they left, and confidently back their workmanship with a warranty. They had their work cut out for them and without hesitation spent an entire day getting our system back in working order and Love these guys, and definitely excited to hit the HVAC jackpot for our needs in the future! I needed my central air replaced. Ryan was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. His helper, Tom, was also very nice. They finished in the time frame stated and made sure to thoroughly clean the work area afterwards. Excellent job!

Ryan removed our 30 year old duct work, fiber filled tubing, that apparently was not even connected to our bedrooms, so we were heating/air conditioning our attic. Replaced with all new metal duct work. Cleaned up after himself and left our home in the condition he found it. He explained all aspects of the removal and replacement. To date we have more than made up for the cost of the replacement in our reduced heating/electrical bills. Would recommend.
