There's not enough good things I can say about Climate Mechanics. Got a great price on a Furnace and AC Coil replacement with 0% financing. We ran into issues with installation that were caused by unforeseen manufacturer issues that required multiple returns to my home to finish the job. But constant communication by Toni and the rest of the team kept me in the loop and gave me peace of mind that I knew the job was going to be done correctly. They even managed to get the manufacturer to give me 10 years parts and labor on my new system for the trouble. Without a doubt I'd recommend Climate Mechanics over anyone else for HVAC needs.

We received a fair price with a great warranty and 0% financing. The installation went smoothly and was completed in less than 8 hours. The guys who did the replacement were knowledgeable and professional.

I contacted Climate Mechanics for a 2nd estimate on the replacement of my current heat pump. My technician was early for the appointment, checked everything, asked questions, and provided great feedback. The quote was sent to me via email promptly. The quoted price beat out my 1st estimate with another company by at least $2,000. I’ve decided to have Climate Mechanics perform an AC Tune up and immediate repairs for now. But, I will definitely move forward with this company when I get the full replacement for my heat pump and water heater next spring.

Nate and Colin went above and beyond to get this done. Our furnace, air conditioning, and water heater install was made difficult by the small space (glorified closet). This was multi-day installation, but they put in a very long day to get the heat back up and running overnight on the first day. Communication was good, both before and during the project. I highly recommend these guys.

First of all, Ed was an hour EARLY. This may have just been dumb luck but still.. that's a first in my experience. He even called to make sure that being early was okay. He quickly diagnosed my problem and ordered a part for me. The old part (inducer motor) was still working but it was noisy and would need to be replaced eventually. When he returned (this time 90 minutes EARLY) to install the new part he realized that the old one wasn't the actual issue. Turns out the flue pipe was putting pressure on the inducer causing to whine a bit. Anyway, he installed a bracket to keep the flue pipe away from the motor - Fixed! No expensive part needed and no charge! Honest and super professional!

The first tech. that came thought we had a problem with a heater valve, & put in a new one. Still no heat, so since it was a Friday, he suggested a new heater board the following week. On Monday, HIS supervisor came and said we didn't need a valve & removed it, & didn't need a new board. He found a ground wire fastened around a screw that must have been put there by a contractor we had after a house fire in 2014, & had come loose. We paid him $230. to correct this "problem".

I was very happy with the quote I received from Nathan but had several other vendors I met with. Nathan made be feel confident so I hired Climate Mechanics. When he came out to measure the footage of my house he found some other things that needed fixing. The things he fixed and updating my heater was all done at the price he gave me from our first meeting. I don't think I could be happier. Can't wait for cold weather and a hot summer to check out our new installed AC unit. Yea no more window units. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

I selected them after getting 5 different quotes. Nate came out initially and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions candidly and honestly. Their quote was reasonable and in the middle. Installers were pleasant and professional. We opted for their 2 year 0% financing and that worked well. About a month after install, Nate checked in as a courtesy, I mentioned downstairs was much cooler than upstairs and he stopped by and spent 45 minutes checking the vents and overall functionality. Clearly, they don't just take your money and run! I would definitely recommend this company. Keep up the good work!

The Technician arrived promptly, he was personable and very helpful with advice regarding our gas fireplace. He cleaned our unit and was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Rapid, professional service. Fairly priced. Gave me an excellent quote for system replacement and were able to fix my current system to get through the summer. Honesty is hard to find and I was impressed because they could have sold the replacement to me now, but instead had the integrity to do the repair now and help me defray the big expense till the fall. 5 stars.

Bob from CM really takes his time to go through everything. My heater wasn't on and Bob stayed and try to figure out what is wrong. Very nice and curtious takes his time and explain evrything to me. At the end the heat was on and running very satisfied with his work, super friendly guy. Highly recommended CM to everyone.

I was in the need to replace my old hvac system that was 25 years old. While doing research online for the best system, I found the most advice would be to find the local heating and AC contractors that are knowledgeable and trustworthy to do the installation. I was worried if I would be able to find one, but that thought was gone when Nate came out to give the free estimate. He spent more than an hour to explain to me the options, or any question I had in mind (& believe me, I had plenty). I told him that I'd rather have the extra vents/pipes running through the attic to hide away from the view. Without hesitation, he asked for the access to the attic and squeezed himself through the hot attic to find the possibility. Throughout the process, he was very informative and knowledgeable, and promptly responded to any additional questions I had without pressuring me into making an immediate decision. It means a lot having someone that actually provides you true advice and even offers to have you do your own research prior to hire their service. Nate talked highly toward the business's owner who always want to run his business in the most honest way. I had the 2nd quote from another competitive company, and even that one provided a 5 years option for financing with 0% interest, I still quickly decided to chose CM over it because of their honesty and their willing to go an extra mile to do the job. Their price is also very reasonable and competitive. On the day of the installation (7/5/2017), Nate & Collin arrived at 7:30AM, laying tarp over rugs and floor prior starting their work. Later, Nate informed me that there would be two more technicians (Ed P, Ed Q) to help getting the job done quicker. They were all polite, put on slipper covers for their shoes, and even asked for my permission prior to going upstairs for measurement of any room for tax-refund paper-works. One of the trim from the attic's door was masked down & broken previously & Ed initiated to fix it up all nice and workable without me asking for it. The installation went very smoothly, all the vents/pipes were hiden way in the attic, and all the work spaces were cleaned up after they were finished. Nate briefed me how to maintain the system as well before he left. I normally don't write review, but with the service they provided, I feel they deserve to be known and recognized. I highly recommend Climate Mechanics LLC. for their service and honesty. It's so refreshing to find people that care about their customers and their business. Hopefully, I won't have to worry my hvac system for a long, long time, but if there is a problem, I know I can count on them.

I first made an appointment for a consultation. Nate from CM came out and looked over our house, he had to of been here for almost 1.5 hours, maybe longer. A few days later we signed all the contracts and they fitted us in for installing central air and duct work about 1 week later. Nate and Collin were the two main guys who came and worked on our house. Despite many and major setbacks they still worked to finish on time. They were clean, very funny, and nice about everything. Even though our home turned into a monster of an installation for them. They usually came at 7 AM to start and stayed until 6 PM at night!! At one point they were racing to finish during one particular setback with our electrical box and they stayed until 9:30 PM to get the A/C on and would not leave until they did. I would recommend Climate Mechanics to anyone! Nice people and they did excellent work!
