I used to own KIB Excavators, but due to the economy in 2008, I chose to sell my equipment and work for the guy I sold them to. Recently, I decided to go back out on my own, and see if I can help some people solve their septic and drainage issues. We do Septic Designs, Inspections, Tank Replacements, and Septic Repairs. We also clear main sewer lines and do Trenchless Pipe Repair. Which is a NO DIG solution for pipe replacements. Our jetter is also a HEATED jetter for that tough grease or other buildup where you need some extra hot water to really clean the pipe.

Sadly I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. I could not wait that long since the house needed to be sold before winter. I called Bob and he began the same day! He explained he was also an engineer and could do the required septic design himself. He was able to have the entire job done in 2 weeks and we had a contract to sell before he finished. From the time I entered the job in homeadvisor (approx 8am) I was called back before noon. We scheduled a site review later that day. From the time I selected Roadway, there was constant progress. Even when the permits were in progress, they were in constant contact to let me know what was going on. When the permits were in order, they worked nonstop until the job was done. Their work was excellent, prompt and neat. Highly recommend."

When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."
