Frances is pleasant to talk with and was punctual and responsive. My problem was that he's probably too busy. When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again.

Francis was honest and efficient. Spent apt of time discussing options for work now and in the future. He is my electrician for the long run. Thanks

Excellent, I didn't have an electrician so I checked Angie's list and found O-Bees Electric, I called at 7:30am on Monday and Frances Aube was at my house by 10:30am, he had my house back up and running very quickly. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely use him again for any electrical problems.

It went great - I got an estimate over the phone, the work was scheduled quickly and professionally PERFECTLY done. I would definitely use them again. My only (small) issue was that the estimate I got over the phone was based on the location of the cable box being at the opposite side of the house than I originally thought it was (entirely my fault in communicating to O-Bees ) but it turned out to be exactly under the location of where we wanted the new outlet. I guess I thought the price would have been a bit lower because less work needed to be performed (e.g. the estimate was based on having to wire completely across the house to the new location). Nonetheless, it was a great experience and I would use them again.

Francis showed up when he said he would and worked quickly. Was happy to explain what the issues were as he fixed them. This is the second time I have used him and will again.

Great, he's efficient, professional, focused and friendly and always cleans up after the job too. He is highly skilled and there is not one difficult job that he did not do to perfection. I feel confident that all my electrical jobs are done with safety in mind. Extremely happy with the service I have received over 8 years of using his services and recommend him highly.

Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service. I will definitely call him for any future electrical needs.

Everything went very well. Francis' response time was amazing and his courtesy/professionalism was top-notch. I was a little taken back at the amount I owed him considering how fast he was in and out, but that's certainly not his fault at all. I took him away from other work he could be doing and I had to pay accordingly. All in all, I would definitely hire Francis again for future electrical work.

Francis is very professional and he is a thinking man. I have an old Victorian and often creative solutions are necessary and I have been running renovations for over 20 years and I'm thorough but he almost always thinks of something that I have left off the plan and fixes that. I know his work ethic and his abilities so I don't bid out jobs with Francis, I pay him by the hour for time and materials and I buy my own fixtures. He is neat and organized and you can have him around your children or tenants, he is respectful and minds his language. He really takes pride in his work and I'm never disappointed with the outcome of the work. I've spent over 20K with Francis and I've worked with at least 3 other electricians for many jobs and Francis is the best I've worked with. He works by himself mostly, hires help when he needs it. He goes above and beyond. I had an apartment with a slanted ceiling and it was going to require a very expensive custom shower rod; Francis made the custom shape with electrical conduit that he bent to the correct angles. I just spray painted the whole thing bronze and it looks amazing. For me, knowing that I'm going to get great quality work every time and I'm going to actually enjoy working with a contractor is why I keep picking that person over and over again. You may have to wait for him to be available. Honestly, he is worth the wait.

Frank fixed a faulty outlet in our laundry room in the recent past. He went out of his way for that small job and we really appreciated it. So, when our lights were flickering and some decided to stop working, he was the first person we thought of to call. He took a few minutes to discuss on the phone the problems we were encountering and offered some suggestions. We were at work trying to address the problem. Frank came by the house within 15 minutes of our conversation to check out the issue, luckily other family was home. Long story short, the electricity problem was an outside line power company issue. Frank made the call to the power company and the issues with electricity in our home were resolved later that morning. Frank is trustworthy and does right by his clients. Others might not have been so honest when figuring out the electricity issues. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is on our speed-dial for all of our electrical concerns and needs.

Second call for O-Bees and still couldn't be more satisfied.  Francis is a terrific worker, very quick and easy to work with and does his job fast and efficiently.  Very happy and will have him back for more tasks shortly.  Reasonable and fair pricing, easy to schedule.

Francis could not have been any more professional.  He responded quickly to my requests, arranged an appointment, showed up promptly, did the work quickly and efficiently, and charged a reasonable price!!  There is nothing more you could want in an electrician!   Could not recommend him any more strongly, he is a true pro and a great person.  Will definitely have him back for more work on my home.
