I have spent the last four years remodeling and constructing new buildings, working for other companies such as Hausmann Construction and Samsung Construction—including on the renovation of the football stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have carried out renovations of churches and schools, as well as basements, garages, bathrooms, and kitchens. With the rainy weather this spring, we kept in contact about the start date and Marathon delivered as promised.  Paul and Ryan walked me through all the details of the roof replacement, including ventilation and some areas that would need extra special attention.  For example, the chimney on my house is placed in such a way that if the roof isn't properly done, it may cause problems, but they were very detailed in the amount of work they did in this area.  Ryan is a chimney expert, and his expertise came in handy for this job.
It was very apparent to me that Paul and Ryan really care about the quality of work they do and take pride in it.  They also care about the relationship with their customers, and did whatever was necessary to make sure that I have a quality roof for years to come.

"Because of all the work my house needed i was convinced this would be a long and stressful process but I am shocked at how efficient these guys were! Lined up another sub-contractor to come by and give estimate to take out wall so I could expand/add kitchen island, but neither the first person I met with nor the sub-contractor followed up with me to provide the total estimate.  I left a message a few weeks later asking for a call back and never received one.

 In the end, whether they could do the work I was asking for or not, had they followed up with me, I would have considered them for my cabinet refinishing work, which I will be doing this summer.  

UPDATE November 7, 2014: The owner of the co got back with me after seeing this review. He went above and beyond to address the poor follow through and put me in touch with another designer who promptly contacted me and drew up some plans. They addressed all my questions and on top of that he even reimbursed the $50 fee. I was very pleased with the recommendation, timeliness and over all effort to make it right."
