Jason and his assistant are easy to work with and committed to a good product. The overall project took a little longer than I expected, but it was due to reasons beyond Jason's control. He was also patient with having to work around our pets. The finished bathroom is lovely.

Jason, Will, and Mark did a fantastic and professional job. Hi level of integrity, trustworthy, skilled workmanship. He built the lower level of our dreams.

Jason was very responsive and professional. Work was done on time and on budget. We had a couple changes during the process and Jason was quick to get us estimates and accommodate the extra work. I would use him again.

Jason gave us a couple options. The one we picked ended up looking great. They had to glue the cabinet door together and put some 5in. screws in. They shored up the other door just to be on the safe side. Jason was very careful and did a great job of covering the screws.

Very well some vendor problems prevented the original materials chosen. Jason and Nick are very professional, know their trade well and were very easy to work with.

Jason Wiederin of JW Builders was chosen from a number of bids. This was a big project requiring craftsmanship and coordination of a variety of subcontractors. We were overjoyed and highly satisfied with the completed project. In fact, Jason helped make a complex project a pleasant experience. Among the qualities exhibited by Jason and his company were high customer service orientation, creativity in suggestions, problem solving, his ability to select and coordinate good subcontractors, the quality and craftsmanship of his work, high ethics and trustworthiness, his ability to work within appropriate timeframes, his overall and comprehensive knowledge, his ability to deal with changes or additions requested by customers, his patience, his dependability and ability and awareness to work with budget and plans. Our kitchen area now looks like a showpiece in a magazine. We are appreciative and fortunate to have found someone as good as Jason and JW Builders. We are hoping to use his company for other projects including a Master bathroom, a deck at our son's house and possibly other projects. We highly recommend Jason and JWBuilders.

We chose not to go with it. They did a really great job but it was priced high for what we can afford. I didn't pay more than the deal. It was great. He was really nice, prompt and very clear about the work he would do for us. I don't have any complaints. I would probably recommend him. It was just the price differential for me.

Jason did a fantastic job, start to finish.  We were very happy with every aspect of the work he did.

He kept in good contact throughout - from contract negotiation until completion, and even checked in after the work was done. He gave me updates as his other jobs completed and we got closer to a start date. He estimated the correct amount of time for the work to be done and completed it in that time (2 weeks).

He was available for questions any time I called, or called me right back.

He showed up on time every day.

The bathroom looks beautiful - we love it!  It fits our mid-century ranch to a tee, and the work that Jason did was flawless.  We are very happy with it, and would recommend Jason to anyone we know looking to do a remodel.

Very pleased with the quality of the work.  Jason was very polite and professional, and he was able to get the work done quite quickly. He did a good job of staying in contact with me. I am really impressed with how nice the new shower looks!

We could not be more pleased, Jason stood out from other bidders because he asked pertinent questions and provided useful information, beginning the day he came to start his bid. His clear information and ideas on work, materials, vendors and options were most valuable, plus well priced and predicted accurately. (We had a contractor once who had a lot of great ideas but wildly underestimated costs.) In addition, Jason made surprisingly little dust and left adjacent areas clean every day.

JW Builders did a complete bathroom remodel and installed flooring in the bedroom and a loft area, as well as painting the bedroom. The master bath is extremely small. It was a horrible little room with an oversize shower that took up the bulk of the room. JW Builders completely gutted the bathroom, reduced the size of the shower and installed ceramic tile in the shower, on the floor and baseboards and custom built a vanity and storage closet.   Due to the shower?s new, smaller opening, positioned next to the commode, Jason designed a three piece sliding shower door to give me more room to get in and out. It is a spectacular addition to the room, stylish as well as practical.  All along the way, he had great design ideas that made the finished room so much more than I had envisioned.  Jason is conscientious, trustworthy and very talented and I can?t say enough good things about him.  He always showed up when he said he would and I was very comfortable leaving him alone in the house. Whenever something came up that wasn?t in the initial contract Jason was very obliging standing the task to the job or repairing the problem.  The whole project was completed in just over 3 weeks. 
I waited a long time to do this bathroom remodel because I wasn?t sure how to even get started.  I used the design deal JW Builders offered on Angie?s list and after meeting with Jason, I liked his ideas and I got a good feeling from him and went from there. I?m glad I waited. He was exactly the right person to do the job.  I?m a novice at remodeling and he was patient and helpful all through the project.  Having found someone of JW Builder?s caliber made the experience so much less stressful than I had anticipated. With changes and add-ons to the original estimate, I ended up paying what I expected for a complete bathroom remodel and floors in two rooms.  I absolutely love my new bathroom and floors and I would definitely hire JW Builders again in the future for other projects, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, honest general contractor.

Excellent. I can't say enough good things about Jason's quality of work and meeting both time and budget constraints. He is a craftsman. He did an excellent job of coordinating sub contractors and building inspections. I plan to use him again.

My experience with Jason is that he is the kind of person that you can give the key to your house and know that he will safeguard your home. He treats it like his own. Extremely trustworthy and dependable. He is a craftsman. When his jobs are finished you can see and feel the quality built in.
He has wonderful design ideas. He helped me design the remodel of the kitchen. By having him build custom cabinetry, I actually saved money and had higher quality than using factory cabinets.
He can also act as a general contractor. He was excellent at scheduling and overseeing plumbers and electricians.
I would highly recommend him to anyone that need work on their house. Quality, dependability, and caring go into every job that I have been involved in with him.

Finished project looked great and have had many positive comments. JW Builders also completely remodeled my kitchen last year including removing a wall. My 40-year-old kitchen is now worthy of being on HGTV. Very satisfied and will have other project done in the future

Jason was fantastic! I'm done with Craig's list! he showed up when he said he would. He did a beautiful job of rebuilding the rotted screens on my sunporch. I wanted them to look like the originals (80 years old) and they do! and he added a little door for my cat. we had a problem on a rental house with a constant leak from the rain. he found the problem and fixed it immediately. I have had 4 roofers look at this house, and none of them could find the leak. I will absolutely call Jason with my next project!

The provider came in April 2014 to see the bathroom and discuss the project. We've got an estimate within next 4 days, agreed to details and cost and set up a time frame for the job. Since we used this provider before for a master bathroom remodeling and extensive kitchen upgrade, we trusted him. We set up a job to be done while we went on a week vacation in May. By the time of our return the project was almost done with a few minor details that he needed to clarify with us before finishing.

By May 28th the job was completed and we paid exactly the estimated price - no surprises or additional costs. We are very happy with our new bathroom as well as with previous works this provider did for us. At the top of moderate pricing and high professional skills this provider offers a lot of valuable advise and design ideas that makes the final outcome of remodeling project even better than we initially were expecting. We definitely recommend JW Builder for any home project and we will definitely hire him in the future.

Common In all five jobs:  the quality of work, timeliness from start to finish and price were all outstanding. One of the jobs was replacing some siding that was wicking (deteriorating from water dripping) Jason did the unusual, he painted the back side of the siding with oil based primer before installing the new siding on the house. His prices were always so good I quite asking him how much a job was going to cost, I just told him what I wanted done and asked him when he could do it.  I got his name from a friend that was also raving about his work and she gave me the names of three other common acquaintances that had hired JW Builders.  

They were also extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Jason for any type carpentry, handyman, tiling, kitchen or bath work. My next door neighbor just gave JW Builders a complete bathroom redo and siding repair job. As with any contractor you really want to hire, so do a lot of other people, you have to be patient and wait for him to get to you.
