Do Not Use Home pride was to replace siding & cutters cost was contingent to approval of homeowners insurance with no additional cost to homeowners. Home pride completed work. Siding was ok cutters are waves missing paint and fascinate was not replaced. The contractor hired to come back and replace 1 section of cutter on newly screened porch did not read work order and completely removed newly screened porch to the studs. Homepride assured the porch would be replaced. The replacement is no way acceptable and will now need to again be replaced it’s been 3 months all screen is loose and some have ripped from wind they tried to reuse the original material and then attached screen with staples visible screen door is no longer framed and used industrial cabinet hinges. Homepride is now expecting payment and attempting to charge approx $6000 over approved amount from insurance to include work not performed. Homepride has illegal billing process and will not provide an itemized invoice. They are unprofessional and quality of material is poor. My homeowners insurance will not work with them and suggest homeowners warn homeowners of shady / illegal billing for work not performed and charging insurance a different amount then adding additional charges to homeowner and additional damages not repaired.DO NOT USE

Jeremy took great care of us when our roof was damaged in a storm. Items insurance initially were not going to cover, he resubmitted for and got covered. Quality work and will use in future.

I highly recommend them with installing windows. I couldn't be happier with them. Also Jeremy A had amazing customer service. He walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions

Excellent service from Greg and Home Pride. Quality crew did an excellent job. Greg ensured our roof is up to code, while I have seen neighbors roofs being done that are not up to code because a new layer of plywood was not applied. Would highly recommend.

1/16/21 Update on co.;terrible office staff and disinterested contractors. Even though the project manager reached out to me the company refused to change the bill due date of 11/3/21 even though they sent the final invoice to insurance co. On 11/4. How to I know this? They messed up the first bill they sent me and added $700 more than was due so I had to reach out to my insurance co to help. Don’t kept making like it was no big deal but it was the 5th mess up in dealing with this co. When I asked why the due date wasn’t changed he glossed over the question. When it was time to pay Home Pride Omaha office sent me a link and again same price that was $700 too much even though the owner would only speak with my insurance and my insurance guy said they would only pay the agreed price. I had to do there job again for them and call the Omaha to have it corrected. Final the correct balance was paid in late 11/2021 when insurance check came in the mail. So what do I say about the co. The office workers must be close family cause they get a pass on messing up, there’s no accountability with this co., you have to constantly watch and tell them what errors are on their Billings and to get your work scheduled. The review was the I left on Angi’s List and complaint on BBB was the only reason the Project Mngr called me. And honestly still never got an apology from the Omaha office for there rudeness and lack of professionalism. So, avoid this company if you want honesty and integrity and stick with a local co from your own town. 11/10/21 My project manager; Don, reached out to me on 11/8/21 and is working on a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties. I will update again when a resolution is reached. ** 11/8/21 Don’t do it!!! They did my roof 6 months ago and never sent the final invoice to my insurance company. I called insurance company and Home Pride more than 15 times after the roof was complete trying to make sure Home Pride was paid. The insurance adjuster even commented he’d never known a roofing company that didn’t want to get paid! Now today 11/8/21 they had to balls to send me a bill demanding payment in full by 11/3/21 and after talking to the insurance company today they finally sent an invoice to Farmers Mutual on 11/4/21. What!!! I’m so ******! The receptionist at the Omaha office said I’m unprofessional for yelling because they are demanding payment I’ve not received from my insurance company by 11/3/21 or they are adding interest!

Had damage from high winds. Called Home Pride. They were very profesional and got everything done Quick. Highly recommend!!

The crew uncovered an issue the vent pipe when taking off the old singles. The owner Michelle, immediately came on-site to make sure it was safe to replace that area of the roof. I am so please in Traylee Praks honestly and professionalisms. I was interested in having a attic fan installed but he explained I didn’t need one. He could have been told me otherwise but it’s obvious Tray has a good morale sales ethic Home Pride should be proud of. This company in the future has my business and I definitely recommend Traylee!!

It was great. Their service had been excellent each time. There were some issues with the leak and Michelle came out and looked into the attic and took care of it. The last one I was with the young man named Trey, he was very good. I texted him and he came right away and talked to the insurance and point out the damage. He was very helpful.

The staff and workers were courteous and timely. I never felt uncomfortable, nor "creeped out" like some companies. Any questions or concerns I had were answered, or addressed quickly. I am very relieved to be going forward w/ a new, sturdy roof in the future w/ all this crazy NE weather!

The business model of this company seems to be:bleed the insurance company for every dime you can get,whether you do the work or not."No big deal it's not your money, it's the insurance companies"(paraphrase of an employee's comments to me).Well maybe I'm stupid but I'm pretty sure I(and all other policy holders) paid that money to them.And when they get bilked our rates go up.

Nick came out to our home to give us an estimate. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He did not make me feel uneasy for answering all of our questions. As for the roofers, they were very hard workers. They showed up first thing in the morning. They had to remove not one, but two layers of shingles. Our roof was in worse condition then we thought it was as they also had to replace thirteen sheets of decking. And they were still completely finished in one day. Amazing! They made sure everything was nicely cleaned up. The gutters were completed on a different day. Once again the workers showed up first thing in the morning. We had them install continuous guttering with Leafproof gutter guards. And they were completed before dinner time. I couldn't be happier with not only the appearance of the gutters and the functionality of the guards.
