Handyman Joes started in the fall of 2008 with just one handyman and a notebook. Since then, Handyman Joes has become Omaha’s most trusted handyman service provider for both residential and commercial properties. The company has now grown to a fleet of trucks with enough full-time technicians, estimators, and office staff to handle a wide range of home improvement projects of all sizes. "I'm sorry that your experience was not in line with our customers' usual "A rating" experience. We warranty all of our work for one year. A call to our office would have remedied your problem. We could have sent another technician or had the original technician return to make it right. Our records show that you wanted a door knob replaced on your bathroom door, your sink needed to be re-secured to the wall, you needed to remove some wall anchors and install wire shelving in your laundry room. The technician should have had the proper tools to do these jobs. If he did not, we apologize."
