He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! Franco was the tech that helped me, and he was fantastic. My issue was not an easy fix. It took Franco many hours over several days to fix the multiple problems on my operating system and hard drive. Today, my computer works just as fast and efficient as it did the day I bought it. I will keep Bob's number and refer him to my family and friends. He and Franco were real professionals and had all the tools handy to fix my computer without me having to do anything but watch my screen restart a few times back to a healthy state."
