"WMC Plumbing was disappointed to learn that even though Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was not our customer, but the tenant of our very good customer, and she had been provided more than generous accommodations and thorough communication, she felt the need to publish a statement full of blatantly untruthful information. The following statement was received from the homeowner, a long-term, excellent customer: “Dear WMC plumbing team, I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for a job well done! From small blockages to digging up the backyard-big jobs you guys are awesome. This was a big job, gas leak. From my first desperate call, you sent a technician out almost immediately. Mr. McCabe got out there very quickly to work up a bid, and get things started. As soon as the required dig clearances and permits came back, you guys showed up first thing the next day. From outside trenching, new gas lines, inside repairs, start to finish, 1 work day! City inspectors and Atmos were scheduled the next day to restore gas service! Your office team is knowledgeable and quick to get things going. Your technicians are friendly and capable and leave the job site looking great. Your pricing, billing and paperwork are fair and accurate. Thanks again for a job well done!” The WMC Office staff made every effort to professionally communicate with both the tenant and homeowner each step of the [Member Information Removed] to repair the gas leak and restore service. Over the course of 17 days, there were 31 telephone calls made and received to professionally communicate the details of this project. WMC Plumbing has been servicing many of our customers for over a decade. We do our very best to accommodate owners with urgent situations and we believe that our office staff went above and beyond in this situation. They were professional, efficient, and made every effort to accommodate scheduling issues to complete the work, even amidst a lack of cooperation and communication from the tenant."
