Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."

He returned on Monday morning when he was able to liaise with the manufacturer’s technical support team and within 90 minutes my heat was back on. He was extremely courteous throughout the time he spent at my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone for his his integrity and skill."
