Excellent.  We have had a very good experience with this company and would very much  recommend them.We have called them twice and both times they have come very quickly and had our system up and running again within a few hours. They have come at  awkward times like Saturday morning and Friday afternoon when it looked like we would be without cooling or heat for  at least a few days if we went with another company. So very much recommend.

The motor of the air conditioning unit stopped working. We called Lowes. They gave us a quote of $9000. Essentially they told us our entire system needed to be changed including furnace as a new air conditioning unit could not be hooked up to old furnace.
Nelson heating and air stopped by the same day I called them and fixed our system for $91. They changed two capacitors and fixed a wire.
They came with a few hours of calling them, were pleasant and professional and fixed our problem in less than an hour.

The quality was excellent. They arrived on time. The pricing was very fair. They were respectful and responsible. I have used them several times and I would absolutely use them again.

We called Nelson Heating and Cooling after another company serviced our heat pump and it would not start immediately after the service. The other company claimed that our system was old and not worth fixing. They would only quote a new system. I called Nelson for a second opinion. Nelson was happy to quote a replacement which was much cheaper (50%) than the competition, but they also looked at our existing system and discovered that the problem was only a bad circuit breaker. The repair was less than $200. I love dealing with a company that has that type of integrity. Since then, every season when we need a charge or have a minor issue with the system, Nelson Heating and Cooling have responded promptly to get it running again. Nelson Heating and Cooling is the only choice for us for heating and cooling needs.

Our unit is fairly old and we have it serviced at least once a year to keep it running. Mark has kept it running for the past three years. We were referred to Nelson Heating and Cooling when our current provider said that our unit was beyond repair and our only course of action was a entire system replacement for $8000. Mark fixed it then for $200 and has been our go to guy ever since.

It is so refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and will not try to upsell you every time. I would recommend Nelson Heating and Cooling to anyone.

We are pleased overall with the service. They come on time, and they do what they say they will. They are friendly and when we call, they are professional. If there is ever a problem, they always give us advice. They are also very knowledgeable, and I would recommend them.
