Bruce is awesome and does outstanding work. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC and he had it fixed and up and running in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Southern Comfort for peace of mind and to get the job done correctly.

My experience with Bruce from Southern Comfort was great. He called me within 5 minutes of putting the request in online and arrived about 30 minutes later. He was able to diagnose the problem just by listening to the AC unit for a couple of seconds. He had everything fixed and working well within about 20 minutes. And the price was great. I was expecting to pay a lot more than what I ended up paying, so that was amazing! I will definitely be recommending Bruce at Southern Comfort to everyone.

Everything was great

Bruce called me with 15 minutes and was out to inspect the issue within 90 minutes even though it wasn't an emergency. He reviewed the problem and told me the possible fixes and the differing cost. The final cost came in exactly as estimated. Problem was resolved, i could not be happier.

I called on a Friday morning days before Christmas because our heat went out. Not expecting to get any service for several days, I was pleasantly surprised that they not only offered to send someone that same day but they did so despite that it was supposed to be a half day for the holidays. Joe came to my house exactly when I was told to expect him. He was very professional, personal , and kind. The problem was more involved and time consuming than expected but Joe never hesitated in staying to restore our heat and did so with a very pleasant attitude. Iâ  m so thankful !!!

Wry prompt, came within 30 minutes of me calling about a AC issue during 95f heat and having overnight guests. Got the AC working again quickly and followed up with a final repair after getting a new coil.

This company was reliable, timely,and very professional. They explained work and parts that were needed and even helped with warrenty info. Would highly recommended to anyone in the Wilmington area.

I canâ t say enough good things about Bruce and Southern Comfort. He was a true lifesaver. Our AC went out when triple digit heat was expected. Our house reached 85 degrees inside and it was unbearable. We tried all the basic diagnostic stuff but it came down to needing an expert. From the time I put out the SOS to the time it took Bruce to find and fix the problem was about an hour. The emergency charge plus part and labor was very reasonable. The company who installed the unit couldnâ t make it until Wednesday afternoon. Bruce was professional, efficient and personable. If you want it fixed right give Southern Comfort and Bruce a call. We are so glad we did and we will call him again for any issues or maintenance.
