Brandon did a fantastic job, firstly by coming out on Sunday morning to diagnose the issue. I had been without heat for 5 days since an precedented snow storm and 19 degrees below freezing. He returned on Monday morning when he was able to liaise with the manufacturer’s technical support team and within 90 minutes my heat was back on. He was extremely courteous throughout the time he spent at my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone for his his integrity and skill.

Brandon was a life saver for fixing my AC when it went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. On Friday morning I called him and within 2 hours he was at my house fixing it. He quickly identified the problem, had the part on hand, and had it back up and running an hour later. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to other companies! Will definitely be using Brand Air in the future for any of my HVAC needs.

Brandon came to my rescue. Senior with no heat and temperatures in low 20's. Ordered parts but got heat working until parts can come in. Still working with Brandon to get unit completed. He was very professional and always arrived on time as promised. I would like to say that Brandon is the nicest young man that I ever had the pleasure of working with. Brandon came to my house at 6 PM knowing it was gonna be 30 degrees that night. My heat was not working. He diagnosed and fixed a blower motor that went bad. He was professional and went above and beyond by servicing the rest of my AC unit while there. A very honest person and heâ s even a veteran which was icing on the cake for me.

Within two hours he showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem and started the repair on our heating system. All of this done at a very fair price.
