"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"Septic system was full and back flowing into the basement. These guys came out within a day, located the tanks within minutes, found the problem and came up with a solution! They came by a couple times afterwards just to check the area and make sure everything was still draining properly. Very prompt and professional! Great job guys!"

"Mr. Barnett said he would be at my house at 8am, and he rolled in at 7:58... how often does a service tech do that?? Great service, great guy. He spent an hour on the problem (turns out it's a grease trap pit, not a septic tank) and charged me a third of what he quoted. Any further septic issues, I will call him."
