They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me.

Great, called Jason in the evening with our emergency and he was able to get a team out to our house the next day. Ended up discovering and taking care of multiple issues. Each step of the way Jim and team walked me through the issues and options with cost estimates and pro and cons. While we ended up spending more than we hoped due to the age and state of the system, we are thankful to All American Septic for the timely and thorough work they did, including clean up and leaving our yard in as good of shape as possible.

The first time, Feb. 2016, we called All American we were very happy. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and were fairly easy to work with. However, when our problem came back 10 months later and we contacted them for assistance, they were immediately defensive, refusing any warranty, were late arriving, and hard to get on the phone. After coming by and trying to pump the tank in the dark when they couldn't inspect the system, we asked them to please come back the when there was enough light. They explained they could do that but it would cost us MORE than what we paid the first time. Then it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. We never minded paying to get the system fixed, but did think they lacked professionalism. Ultimately we found another company that fixed the solution at a very good rate and in good time.

Fantastic! They came within two hours of calling. I could not use the toilets, sinks, laundry, dishwasher, showers, etc. Was very desperate! They were extremely fast and professional!

It went fine, no problems except the lids were not tightened back on ("they were cracked:") and no solutions were provided to fix the issue.

Prompt and professional, answered our questions and gave good recommendations for future maintenance. We initially scheduled a septic cleaning using Angie's List coupon, but added the additional cleaning of station since needed. It was not pushed on us! We chose to get everything brought up-to-date at this time. We'll certainly call them in the future for any needs!
