"My countertops look so much better and shine. I was very surprised that he would not do my backsplash due to the fact he thought it would crack (it is large tiles.) I have checked since and was told that they would not break. Also, he left a good inch or more on each side of my stove top that was not polished. I figured because I have a glass top stove he did not want to get near it. However, if he had called that to my attention we could have pulled the stove out for him to the sides. I am pretty disappointed with the finished job. For what I paid him I expected it to look new like he told me it would. He was only here a couple of hours. I have several friends that have noticed the places right away. I also have found a few places he missed. I called him and ask him about doing my wet bar counter top and he said it might be too small and I got the impression he was not interested. I also suggested that he tell his customers that there are places he will not sand and surely they make a smaller sander that would help with that problem. I can believe I am the only one that has had this problem. Do not know if I made him mad with my suggestions but I thought it was good advice. Like I said the countertops he sanded looks great and very good shine. But when you look at them and see the dull (also make it look two different colors) backsplash and a streak down each side of my stove it really does not look nice. There is a place next to my refrigerator that he missed. I would appreciate if you could help me with this and have him to come back. I read all the wonderful reviews he has gotten so I know he can do a better job for me. Thank you, J. Hair"

"HousePro did a fantastic job upgrading our two bathrooms. All work was done in a very professional manner with great attention to detail. The work involved ripping out a fiberglass shower/tub combo in a guest bath and a fiberglass shower and separate tub in the master bath. The guest bath tub/shower combo was replaced with a porcelain covered steel tub with tiled walls, while a single large tiled shower was built in the master. New quartz vanity countertops were installed in both baths. In addition, there were a number of other items which HousePro took care of (e.g. wall cabinet install, closet build, toilet move, new bathroom lighting). Demolition work took a day for the guest and about 2 days for the master. Jonathon was very easy to work with and provided a lot of guidance to us regarding our choices for tile, tub/shower trim, quartz, etc. There were several hidden issues which cropped up only after the old tub/showers had been ripped out, but Jonathon handled everything with ease. Very important to note that unlike some contractors, Jonathon did not mark up any items which he obtained for the work. Our cost was his cost. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned and all work materials were neatly stored. Jonathon's communications with us were excellent. He and his team showed up on time and worked full days, usually starting at 8am and ending at 4pm. The finished results exceeded my initial expectations. Jonathon gave us a very fair price for the work and stuck with his labor quote even though some of the hidden issues required more work on his part. I highly recommend HousePro Home Improvement if you're considering a bathroom upgrade."

"I couldn't have asked for a better company to perform the remodel on my kitchen, downstairs bathroom and a new bathroom addition upstairs. I live in an older home built in the 1930's and previously when new floors were laid the other companies just nailed another layer of underlayment down and off they went. Much to my surprise A Plus Home Remodeling removed all old flooring down to the floor joist and leveled everything prior to the remodel. Once crews came onsite, they were there 6 days a week until complete. They were able to do in all, electrical, plumbing, framing and finish carpentry. A one stop shop. "I initially contracted for just a bathtub refinishing. The tub ended up so sparkling and new looking that the worn bathroom floor looked horrendous. So I asked them about flooring, ultimately purchasing a floating laminate to put over the ugly tiled floor. We repeated the flooring in the other bathroom. The entire process was efficient, timely, and reasonably priced."
