"My countertops look so much better and shine. I was very surprised that he would not do my backsplash due to the fact he thought it would crack (it is large tiles.) I have checked since and was told that they would not break. Also, he left a good inch or more on each side of my stove top that was not polished. I figured because I have a glass top stove he did not want to get near it. However, if he had called that to my attention we could have pulled the stove out for him to the sides. I am pretty disappointed with the finished job. For what I paid him I expected it to look new like he told me it would. He was only here a couple of hours. I have several friends that have noticed the places right away. I also have found a few places he missed. I called him and ask him about doing my wet bar counter top and he said it might be too small and I got the impression he was not interested. I also suggested that he tell his customers that there are places he will not sand and surely they make a smaller sander that would help with that problem. I can believe I am the only one that has had this problem. Do not know if I made him mad with my suggestions but I thought it was good advice. Like I said the countertops he sanded looks great and very good shine. But when you look at them and see the dull (also make it look two different colors) backsplash and a streak down each side of my stove it really does not look nice. There is a place next to my refrigerator that he missed. I would appreciate if you could help me with this and have him to come back. I read all the wonderful reviews he has gotten so I know he can do a better job for me. Thank you, J. Hair"

"Kitchen and laundry room tile and grout looks brand new again. Most impressed with the restoration of the 8 ft marble counter top on the vanity in bathroom, I had plans to replace this vanity top which would involve purchasing a new countertop, paying someone to remove the old marble top and install the new counter top and can't forget the additional cost of a plumber to disconnect/reconnect the plumbing. I so glad I found Jason who saved me many dollars and the old marble top looks great."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with A Plus Home Remodeling for a comprehensive renovation of my home, and I am happy with the results. From the floor joists to the roof, they handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did a good job on many aspects of the project, including the installation of a new AC system, tiled showers, and a custom master bathroom. Their attention to detail could have been better. I had white subway tile with black grout installed, and it shows all the imperfections. It's hard to see small marks or holes in the grout, even after it was fixed three times. There were a few parts of the project that were just **OK**, but overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. The transformation of my home has been incredible, and I am excited to live in a safe and beautifully renovated space with my family. We did go over budget, but this was because we discovered additional needs for the house along the way. like a new AC and heating system, plus a new septic and full plumbing through out the house. There were some issues with the electrical work and some of the finishings that were not completed to our liking.
