Salesman said that his people removed and replaced washer/dryer and sink in laundry room THE INSTALLERS SAID THEY NEVER DO THAT. We sent them away. The carpet installer wanted to be paid the remaining balance prior to doing any work. We had already paid more than 50% of job. I wrote them a check.

They are in the process of handling it, they put the wrong color floor in. We have been playing phone tag.

Fast, carpet replacement for the whole house was done for 4 hours. Good value, less expensive than other contenders. Our representative Howard Naylor from Empire was very customer dedicated and professional, we really appreciate it. Highly recommended.

I had carpet installed March 2021. we are now Aug 31st and the seem is starting to come up. what make matters worst I reached out to Empire by email, no response. called 800# said someone will call me back 1 business day. no phone call. with the money I paid I guess I have to reach out to my local news station to get this fixed. I will not use Empire again.

These guys do fantastic work. They worked with us on short notice, were on time, kept a clean worksite and were good people to be around. I will definitely hire them again.

I had water damage that caused my subfloor to bubble up (and in turn the linoleum). I had the subfloor for that portion of the kitchen replaced. Empire provided me with a quote to replace the linoleum that I felt was a little high, but the sales rep was very friendly and was attentive to my needs, so I let it slide. When they came to replace the linoleum (it ended up having to be the whole kitchen's worth), they just added the new layer of linoleom over the old layer. While I understand that is done sometimes, I didn't realize that was the plan when I signed the contract. My doors don't fully open without scraping the new layer, and the floor is a little "squishy" when you walk. I wish they had communicated with me a little more about how they were going to replace the floor.

Do not use this company. Their service is horrible and they are incompetent. They came to measure, and then on install day stated they measured wrong. They did not take ownership and voided contract.
