I’m as amazed at the company, the owners and the crew that works for A+ as I am the work they do! They took a 70 year old brick house, with a deck on the back side and turned it into a beautiful home with the most awesome Sunroom that you could ask for. Upon completion, they reattached my deck to the Sunroom. Carlos Flores (the owner) is an outstanding businessman that knows the value of “Yes”. He, and his crew, can and will do whatever you need done to make you happy. They relate well to their customers with the utmost in respect for you personally as well as your property and time. At the end of each work day, they clean up after themselves, and haul off to the dump any materials and scraps that naturally come with the job. Their workmanship and overall work ethic led me to not only build a sunroom, but to build out a bathroom in my basement and redo my kitchen floors! I couldn't have asked for a better company to perform the remodel on my kitchen, downstairs bathroom and a new bathroom addition upstairs. I live in an older home built in the 1930's and previously when new floors were laid the other companies just nailed another layer of underlayment down and off they went. Much to my surprise A Plus Home Remodeling removed all old flooring down to the floor joist and leveled everything prior to the remodel. Once crews came onsite, they were there 6 days a week until complete. They were able to do in all, electrical, plumbing, framing and finish carpentry. A one stop shop. I recently started a large project with A Plus Home Remodeling and we have been so pleased so far! We have nearly completed the first phase of clearing land and the team has been quick and efficient. I had one small issue that I brought up to Carlos about the placement of the tree stumps and logs- and he got on it right away! Carlos is friendly and very on top of things. He gives us regular updates, responds quickly and is always available in a timely fashion. I will update my review as we go forward but my husband and I feel very positive about our experience so far.

They remodeled our kitchen and it turned out beautiful and within budget. They were responsive to our question. Dependable, trustworthy, and professional.

The project manager was excellent at reviewing the existing room, which was a 50 year old garage part of the house essentially, and coming up with creative solutions for turning it into a beautiful contemporary bedroom for my son. He and everyone else that sees it can't believe the transformation. They were always quick to make modifications as the project progressed and were very responsive to any new ideas or concerns. The heating and air conditioning unit works very well and all materials used were the highest quality throughout.

Carlos is very communicative. He has great ideas but listened to our needs. Any time I felt like something needed to be done differently, he was prompt in making adjustments or making sure it was redone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with A Plus Home Remodeling for a comprehensive renovation of my home, and I am happy with the results. From the floor joists to the roof, they handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did a good job on many aspects of the project, including the installation of a new AC system, tiled showers, and a custom master bathroom. Their attention to detail could have been better. I had white subway tile with black grout installed, and it shows all the imperfections. It's hard to see small marks or holes in the grout, even after it was fixed three times. There were a few parts of the project that were just **OK**, but overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. The transformation of my home has been incredible, and I am excited to live in a safe and beautifully renovated space with my family. We did go over budget, but this was because we discovered additional needs for the house along the way. like a new AC and heating system, plus a new septic and full plumbing through out the house. Carlos was incredibly accommodating and worked with our budget to ensure we could still afford the necessary improvements. There were some issues with the electrical work and some of the finishings that were not completed to our liking. However, Carlos addressed these issues promptly and was willing to come back and fix them to ensure we were satisfied customers. This is now the third time that we have used this company. Each time the service has been really great they pleasant, polite, professional, and very custom orientated. The first time we use them, it was to add a sunroom to our house. The second time was to add a deck to the back of our house around half of our above ground pool. This time was to replace a pipe that was damaged during some landscaping that we did. Obviously, we would recommend them as we have now. Use them three times.

This is the second time we have had this company do work at our home and we would not hesitate to hire them again. Customer service has been excellent and the workers were professional, knowledgeable and polite. We are extremely happy we our new deck.
