"On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. "Dagen and Jaden arrived as expected, they were polite, thoughtful, explain what they were going to do, gave me a timeline of what was going to happen during the day, so that I could plan. I was working in another part of the house, and they encouraged me to check in anytime I wanted. Which I did. The work was excellent, everything was precisely installed. They cleaned up afterwards and left me with a beautiful new shower. The entire job from removal of a 25-year-old acrylic, tub, shower to the install of a new acrylic, shower and plumbing took about six hours. It was so nice to have an experienced team here who knew exactly what they were doing and did it efficiently with minimal disruption. I could not have asked for a better experience."

"The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."
