"They are timely in answering calls. I got a realistic timeline about what they would be doing. Realistic pricing for the repair and control- the only problem was apparently the raccoon outsmarted the camera! Apparently it got out before Justin reset the trap. Brad and Justin are easy to work with and if I ever have a problem again, they will be the company I call."

"Let me start by saying, Ant issues is the reason I contracted this company.
I got the first service for 45.00 which I have read in other posts for varying amounts. The tech that came out (at 6:00 pm on Saturday and took about 30 minutes total) This was the time set by the phone call from a supervisor within seconds of paying the sales rep. The treatment was following a 4pm birthday party during the time I was trying to clean up after 30+ kids, which I tried to tell them was NOT a good idea. 3 days later I still had ants. The tech was not thorough with the application in my opinion. he granulated the yard and mulch beds with less that a coffee can sized spreader ( I have almost 100 feet of bedding 6' wide) I did pest control in the early 90's. when I questioned him and explained I was a certified pest control tech in days past I was told everything is completely different now and I basically dint know jack. No surprise that I had to get them back out a week later because my ant problem was unchanged. I was told to keep my house clean and caulk 2 small cracks under my patio door trim. I have OCD about germs you can eat off the floors in my house, secondly an ant can fit its body through any hole he can fit his head through. It is an impossibility to "calk" your house to an ant proof state. Not Happy, would not recommend, would not use again"

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Unexplained bites, strange smells, and bug nests in concealed areas warn of potential infestations.

The average lifespan of a stink bug is about six to eight months, depending on species and environmental conditions. Their life cycle includes three stages: Egg, nymph, and adult. Eggs hatch in roughly five days to two weeks, followed by a four to six-week nymph stage where they grow and molt. Once fully matured, adult stink bugs focus on reproduction and can fly to new areas, often seeking refuge in homes in search of warmth.

No, water bugs are not big roaches. Water bugs and cockroaches are different insects entirely, belonging to different orders. They are often confused for one another because they are similar in appearance, but water bugs and cockroaches have close-up differences in how they look, plus they behave and feed in very different ways.

No, poison isn’t the best way to deal with animals in your attic. It’s unlikely to completely eradicate the problem, especially if you don’t take care of access points. Also, poisoned animals may die and decay in the attic, causing noxious odors.

Some animals may leave the attic before the poison kills them, which could lead to nearby pets or other wildlife eating the animals and becoming poisoned themselves. Ultimately, it’s better to avoid using poison and contact a professional instead.

Bed bugs typically will not go away on their own. If there are no humans or animals around, they will need to leave to find a host for feeding. But otherwise, bed bugs can live for several months to a year, and the adult females can lay hundreds more eggs in their lifetime. An infestation is only likely to get worse without hiring an exterminator.
