Description of Work: All I needed was for my toilet to stop running. It was the handle that needed replacing. I couldn't find a replacement so I called a plumber. He came out a few times to see what I had, to see if he'd ordered the right part, etc. I had no idea he was charging me each time he came out. It ended up costing me over $300 and still wasn't right. On another job, they accidently cut into mu underground sprinkler line. They didn't bother to fix it. Felt totally ripped off.
