Do NOT hire this company!!!! Complete and total Cons!! My grandmother hired them to fixed a broken pipe.. work took about and hour, charged her $1,300! Before leaving they told her she needed a new water heater and would charged $3,500 and they could come back the next day. They werent there for the water heater and wasnt asked to touch it. Before they came there was nothing wrong with the water heater, water was hot quickly. After they left it took about 5 mins for the water to get hot. We called another company they came out took a look and said the hot water tank seemed to have been tampered with. So people especially the elderly beware!!! TOTAL SCAMS!!

Greg and Tyler are rock stars. They are the hardest working young men that I have ever seen. They showed up to do a major plumbing project at my mother-in-laws house and they worked for two long days straight. What I respected most about them was the curtesy they had in requesting constant feedback regarding their work. They were committed to making sure we were satisfied with the end result. They also purchased (at no extra cost) a $50 bag of grass seed to re-seed her lawn. They gave the half full bag to my mother-in-law to keep, I wish I could post a photo of the job they did- I was a dirty job. Thanks guys!

RotoRooter has once again come through for me demonstrating HIGHLY Professional Customer Service. They were on time to replace a Hot Water Heater in the crawlspace. I inspected the area with them after the job was done. The quality of their work was as if it would be in a visible and high-traffic area of the kitchen where family members and guests. But this was done out of sight, in the crawlspace where only I would see it a few times a year when replacing the Whole House Filter. I was somewhat surprised by the price for this service call.When I asked home advisor online about the average price for the repair I didnt get a response.Shortly after that I was told that a repair person could come out to fix it so I agreed.
